detoxing from the chaos of life is the number one advice I always give to people. it’s the only advice I constantly remind myself of. disconnect from social media, from work, from stress, and re-connect with yourself.

i love spas. something about taking the time to pamper yourself with expensive products just screams luxury to me and it feels so good to do stuff like that for yourself. whether your idea of a spa is a place where you can get massages or a place where you can do yoga, it’s definitely a necessity.

one of the healthiest things you can do in life is to say time out, and to take your break for as long as you need to in order to come back and take on the rest of the world.
